"Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up."

"I recently stayed at a Marriott property and had a great overall experience from start to finish. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself was very well kept. Common areas were clean, organized, and had a nice modern feel. Parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to get to nearby restaurants and stores. One thing that stood out was the level of customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, respectful, and willing to help without hesitation. That kind of consistency makes a big difference. Overall, this was a very solid stay, and I would definitely choose Marriott again in the future. Reliable, comfortable, and professional — exactly what you want when traveling."

"We had 2 nights booked, but no way were we going to stay a 2nd night. We wouldn’t take our shoes off and put our t-shirts on our pillows. I throughly checked the bed. I felt like we were in one of those motels that rent by the hour. "
