"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This is a great wee apartment for a couple. It is ideally placed for restaurants, shopping, people watching, accessing the beach and everything that Old Nice has to offer. Good for transport links too. The 5 flights of stairs are not for the faint hearted but its worth the effort and would happilybreturn here. "

It was spotless, and had everything necessary for a family of five to have the best vacation in Nice! Communication was wonderful, as was the location. No one was available at the phone number given, no one responded to What's App, instagram or Facebook so we had to find a hotel.
