Located behind Mont Ventoux 5 minutes from Buis les Baronnies and 17 minutes from Vaison la Romaine (GPS coordinates: N 44 ° 14'515 "E 5 ° 16'630") in a 2 ha property surrounded by nature. We provide you with our Provencal style house during the spring and summer seasons. Designed for the well-being of its occupants, all of its living rooms have full ground access to the natural wooded area surrounding the house. Thus it will bring you in addition to its modern comfort all the amenities of life in Drôme Provençale space, calm, sun and beauty of nature. Its location will allow you to enjoy the many activities of nature such as rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking and road biking with for the sharpest the mythical ascent of Mont Ventoux. Cultural activities will not be outdone since during the summer you can enjoy the Festival d'Avignon, the choregies of Orange, the Vaison la Romaine dance festival and the Parfum de jazz festival at Buis les Baronnies, as you wish. still visit remarkable places, ancient monuments, museums.

Cool house

Lighting a bit dim for reading in the evenings. Rooms beautifully cool, good equipment, everything we needed and lots of space. Nice outdoor eating area. Welcome was friendly and efficient. Beds comfortable. For four people an extra comfortable seat in the main area would be good. Good value for money though. Peaceful but only 10 mins from Buis.

Maison fraîche, avec un environnement agréable. Belle terrasse indépendante. Cuisine bien équipée. Hôte sympathique et agréable qui renseigne bien sur les randonnées. Toutefois l’équipement est un peu minimaliste (4 chaises seulement, 4 sièges dans le salon, etc…)L’annonce ne précise pas que la maison est partagée avec l’hôte. Heureusement il est fort discret. Gîte idéalement placé pour découvrir les Baronnies !

Le gîte se situe au pied du Col Fontaube idéal donc pour faire un début de ballade cycliste avec notamment en point de mire le sommet du Ventoux et les odeurs de lavande. Un point de départ pour les cyclos !

Wunderschöne Lage

Schönes Objekt in wunderbarer Lage abseits großer Straßen. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen angenehm kühle Räume. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Mikrowelle mit Backofen-Funktion auch für TK-Pizza geeignet, Induktions-Herd). Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Aufpassen, wenn man eigene Bettwäsche mitbringt: es gibt nur große Bettdecken (ca. 1,60 m breit). Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter wohnt im Obergeschoss.

Nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft im Juni 2022 habe ich in der Bewertung folgendes geschrieben. "Ideale Unterkunft im Grünen für Fahrradurlaub mit unzähligen Möglichkeiten der Streckengestaltung. Die im Erdgeschoss gelegene Ferienwohnung (der Vermieter bewohnt das darüber gelegene Geschoss) bleibt auch bei Hitze vergleichsweise kühl. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet; insbesondere fehlt es nicht an allen erdenklichen Küchenutensilien. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit; Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung waren unkompliziert. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen." Meine damalige Bewertung gilt unverändert fort; auch an unserer Absicht, auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen, hat sich nichts geändert.

La maison de Michel est bien située et très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout ce qui il faut pour bien dormir, préparer se repas, partir en journée pour profiter de la nature et revenir le soir au calme. Merci Michel, on reviendra!

Le gîte est bien situé, au calme. Il est très fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, très propre. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable, quel plaisir d’y prendre les petits déjeuners sous l’arbre. Le gîte reste frais malgré les fortes chaleurs extérieures, ce qui est très appréciable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et n’a pas manqué de nous conseiller des balades aux environs. Au coeur des Baronnies

Gîte idéalement situé près de Buis les Baronnies sur la route du Mont Ventoux avec une jolie terrasse ombragée. Propre, spacieux et bien équipé .
