The staff was accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was okay, would’ve preferred my coffee fresh not from a machine, but we had a beautiful view while we ate. "

"Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways. Went for breakfast which was adequate but the guy checking people in had no time for anyone. He really shouldn't be working around people. "
