"We loved our stay. Welcoming staff, great service. Clean rooms and facilities . The only thing we would change if we could was the swimming pool timetable- it closes at 8pm and we’d love to enjoy it will 10pm :) Our next visit to Madrid we’ll definitely be there again. Excellent location too."

"The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. I loved our room. It was very clean very modern and I was very happy overall with the stay. The one thing that could have improved was the rooms were a little hot at night. The AC did not seem to cool the rooms as well at night. I was told this was because of EU regulations."

"Very helpful, attentive staff. Wonderful room, bed, everything super clean. Fabulous breakfast, lots of fruit, vegetables, meats, pastries, juices etc. A very quiet hotel, just two blocks from the busiest parts of Madrid, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. It is now my place to stay while in Madrid. Extremely helpful, courteous staff."

"This hotel is such a gem. The ambiance is impeccable and the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a restaurant on site with good food and friendly staff. I wish we had a chance to stay longer than one night."
