"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. "I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Parc Plaza Luxembourg. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, However, one downside was that the room temperature was quite high, and it was difficult to cool it down sufficiently, which affected the overall comfort, especially at night. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its service and location, but make sure you book a room with a AC system, it would significantly improve the guest experience."
