This hotel was in a great location with easy parking, either on the street for free or in the hotel car park for a charge. Our room was quiet and spacious, staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly in an efficient sense. However, we were directed to parking (paid) that was inconvenient for moving our luggage on a luggage cart over a long path with gravel and grass (we are in our 70s) and no one thought to offer help.

The hotel is clean and all the things you'd expect. The reception staff were brilliant - really, several cuts above what you'd expect in the average hotel. We had several good and helpful conversations in both English and German

Mir fehlte der Zimmerkühlschrank! Die Dusche könnte etwas mehr Druck vertragen. Das Frühstück war gut und ließ nur wenig Wünsche offen. Die Innenstadt von Essen ist nicht schön. Gute Lokale sind eher außerhalb. Das Bett war ausreichend breit. Ganz toll ist die Möglichkeit sein e-bike abzustellen und Wieder aufzuladen. Der e-bike Schuppen war sehr groß.

Hotel und Frühstück waren sehr angenehm. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral, allerdings ist die direkte Umgebung nicht so ansprechend. Aber der Weg nach Steele und Rüttenscheid ist ja nicht weit.

Et ordentlig hotell i en flott hage i Essen

Hyggelig opphold på et veldrevet hotell med en hyggelig personlig betjening som gjorde oppholdet veldig fint. Et nydelig hageområde rundt hotellet. Jeg satt ute til langt på kveld og hørte svartrosten synge.
