"DO NOT STAY HERE: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Part 1 The issues began with misinformation between the resort and the member who owned the villa. I was given an incorrect price for the all-inclusive add-on. Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund...

"Fantastic place! The accommodations - bedrooms, pool area, kitchen, lounge areas- all were first class! The view was amazing! The location within Hideaway Beach area was so nice! The people helping - staff, drivers, etc- were top notch. Would recommend highly and would stay there again!"

"Villa Paz was outstanding. The interior was spotless and modernly furnished. The location was right in the center of everything yet we slept soundly each evening. Even though the villa was not beachfront, there was a shuttle that took us to the beach club for beachfront access. Plenty of food options including the wonderful lunch we had at the Veranda in the Casa Colonial. Our host was in communication daily even though she was dealing with a death in her family. We would definitely stay again!!...
