First of all the staff was awesome, very accommodating. Hotel was a bit aged and pool had not been reopened from Helene but visit was in November, and who uses a pool in Tennessee in November? Breakfast was fresh and tasty, had enough for me, and I LIKE breakfast. I will be going back!

The motel is next to the best Mexican food I’ve eaten in a long time. Breakfast was good the first day but declined over the next two days. The bed cover was dirty. The sheets were stained. I would not recommend this place or stay again.

Snow and ice never removed, no salt placed on the common walk ways. Common microwave in hallway for use is broken. Phones in rooms do not work, great staff very friendly people. The hotel needs some attention. Great location.

I wouldn’t recommend this place

The staff was friendly. The breakfast sucked. There wasn’t enough food we felt like we were taking away from other guests. There was literally 3 sausages and 1 biscuit. The room had holes in the walls. You could smell the mildew and mold.

Lots of people hanging out by my truck all hours of the night from the gas station next door. I spent a lot of time looking out the window to make sure my truck was okay, which in the end it was fine. Beds were pretty hard, electric outlets were hanging by the wires.. breakfast and check in was great though!

The first room the bed was full of hair. Looked like human and dog hair. We were given another room and that room was clean. One of the drawers under the TV the knob was off. Made it hard for us to open. Instead the bathroom in the corner by the bathroom the wallpaper was coming off. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was not good. Seemed like they did not want to cook for a small group of people. We stayed 4 nights
