The hotel facilities were very basic. In the bathroom, only hand soap was provided, with no other standard toiletries available, which was inconvenient. In addition, the towels and bath towels did not appear clean or fresh, as they were noticeably off-white, raising concerns about hygiene. Considering the service quality and the condition of the facilities, this hotel did not meet expectations and offered poor value for the price."

"This hotel is a joke. Staff is unwaveringly inflexible and unhelpful. Room is unbelievably small. There’s literally 20” between the end of the bed and the bloody wall. Who designed this place? Stay away. "
