"Floor was dirty, property is far from the train station (using public transport) and German public transport is already a nightmare (seeing as I’ve experienced the Swiss one beforehand) no lift ,towels were rough, area was not well lighted at night so it was a bit scary, and a few more things a kind of forgot about.
Overall would not recommend (if you’re travelling solo and would use public transport)
Personally not coming back again ."

"This overwhelmed my expectation. Everything was perfect. Staff went out of their way for everything for us, they spoke great English, rooms felt new and very clean, the cleaners were so nice and good, restaurant was so good and great service, price was amazing, walkable. Can’t say enough good. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back. "
