Bij aankomst werd direct gemeld dat het hotel geen bar- en eetgelegenheid heeft, behalve ontbijt. Dit was overigens prima. Zelf koffoe automaat meegebracht. Misten koffiemelk, dus wij vragen bij receptie. Was er niet. Hadden ze niet. Bij het ontbijt, een dag later, stond een grote schaal met cups koffiemelk. Kortom, men wilde niets.

Das Hotel ist in meinen Augen ein Monteur-Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht gerade übermäßig freundlich. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist gut, allerdings mit billigen Aufbackbrötchen.

Kein passendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Außerdem waren in den Zimmer Spinnweben und gebrauchte Taschentücher unter dem Bett. Beides haben wir fotografiert. Das Frühstück war gut. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, aber es liegt auch daran, dass wir einfach etwas besseres wollen. Der Angestellte, welcher auch die Rezeption gemacht hat, war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Ich habe am Tag der Anreise angerufen ab wann man einchecken kann und wollte um 16:00 Uhr einchecken. Als ich vor Ort war sagte man mir, dass man mir kein Zimmer geben kann. Zwei Gäste würden länger bleiben und die könnte man nicht "rausschmeißen". Man würde mir ein anderes Hotel besorgen. Der Inhaber hatte auch eine Erklärung warum ich kein Zimmer bekommen würde. Ich würde ja alleine reisen und da wäre es einfacher ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Da ich noch einen Termin hatte bin ich dann erst einmal weiter gefahren. Mehrfach habe ich dann angerufen und immer wieder ein anderes Hotel genannt bekommen, aber immer mit der Aussage, dass man noch keine Bestätigung hat. Ich habe dann meinen Termin abgebrochen um mich selber um ein anderes Hotelzimmer zu kümmern und habe dann um 21:00 Uhr erfahren, dass man jetzt doch ein Zimmer für mich hat.

Wir waren übers WE in Ergolding (Landshut) und hatten die Fahrräder dabei, mit denen wir überall hin kamen und so das Auto nach der Ankunft nicht mehr zu bewegen brauchten. Unser Zimmer war absolut ausreichend von der Größe her und wirklich sehr sauber! Schön! Überhaupt machte das Hotel einen renovierten, gepflegten Eindruck. Die Matratzen der Betten sind sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Kopfkissen quasi „nicht vorhanden“, so flach waren sie. Schade. Hätten wir mal unsere eigenen (wie wir es sonst immer wieder einmal machen) mitgenommen. Und: Die Zimmer sind leider unglaublich „hellhörig“ ... Bis spät nachts und schon deutlich vor sechs Uhr morgens war „Radau“ (inkl. vorbeifahrender Laster). Das hat natürlich mehr mit rücksichtslosen Gästen, als mit dem Hotel zu tun. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig und es wurde alles immer sehr schnell nachgefüllt. Uns hat es hervorragend geschmeckt. Check-in und Check-out waren auch problemlos. Jedoch waren die meisten Mitarbeitenden sehr, nun ja, „mundfaul“ / „muffelig“. Man hatte nicht unbedingt den Eindruck, als Gast (wert)geschätzt zu werden. Das lag teils auch an der Sprache (Deutsch) ... Und dass eine Hotelbar erst nicht geöffnet, und wenn man sich dann etwas anderes gesucht hat, doch kurz für andere Gäste öffnet, konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Aber all das scheint der aktuellen Personalsituation „geschuldet“ zu sein. Das WE haben wir trotzdem sehr genossen, wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken im Hotel.
