"Second time visiting. Funky cool hotel with a fun vibe. Excellent option for groups and families. Pool and spa area is very good but, not the biggest. Some massage jets in the pool would be a welcome addition. Location is excellent- right next to the centre for slopes/restaurants etc. Best hotel in Flaine. "

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"The location was wonderful … close to “town,” wonderful bakery (Le Grenier Al’Pain), right next to Lac de Vonnes, beautiful views from the balcony. The pool was a nice treat, with the wonderful additions of a dry sauna and a steam room. Communication with the owner, Daniel, was excellent … he was available to help me check-in and to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawbacks were: it was not a 3-bedroom as listed (bunk beds are in the entryway, not in a separate...
