"Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was nice however we generally arrived about 45 minutes before the end and some items were not available. There is a large carpark underneath with reasonable charges. The bar is open 24/7 which is nice should you need it. Close to a couple of nice restaurants and a short walk to the old town."

"I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It's located right on the riverfront, so the views from the room were amazing. The room itself was very comfortable — spacious, bright, and well equipped, with a lovely bathroom too. Breakfast was a real highlight, very good quality with plenty of choices to suit everyone. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!"

"Beautiful property. Enjoyed the pool, bicycles, and food. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Had to walk up and then down some steps to get to our room, which wasn’t great with a big bag or for my husband’s knees."

"We found a lot of dust, and some bits of trash. The location was perfect, right across the river from Melk, and there is a free parking lot. The biggest thing was that we chose it because the website said there was air conditioning, and there is NOT air conditioning. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room had a nice, big bathtub, which made us happy."
