"At check-in, the receptionist didn’t explain check-out procedures or hotel policies, gave no explanation for the deposit, and barely glanced at my ID. There were also individuals outside the property who appeared intoxicated or impaired. The stairwell door had caution tape across it, which was off-putting, and the elevator desperately needed a vacuum. The only reason we stayed was because the room itself was nice and clean and we saw other families with young children. The area is also great, with plenty of options for dining and shopping."
