"We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was absolutely amazing, and there was always something fun and entertaining for everyone in the family. But what stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. "Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "

"The beach and pool were amazing! Overall it was a clean and quiet stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and pleasant. The food was good, but not always consistent. I was unable to try the seafood restaurant because it was closed on rotation the night I went. The buffet was a bit chaotic and should be avoided if you wish to have a quiet dinner- breakfast was pleasant. The room itself was clean and big enough, however the shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head was in need of cleaning or repair because the water sprayed everywhere except where it should have. Not deal breakers, but good to know"

"We went for an anniversary trip and we had a wonderful time. The buffet was decent, a la cartes were very good and the snack bar was amazing. Beach was very clean as well as the pools. The room was great and very clean and quiet. I have nothing bad to say about this place! "

"Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming."
