"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "

"From check in and through the middle of the stay there were shenanigans. The extra $10 charge for another car park. The television wasn't working then the remote wasn't work the staff wasn't friendly "

"Stayed for a quick overnight. The door to my room would not even shut and lock all the way, unless you had the top bar lock on anyone could push right in. The tv did not work and the shower did not have body wash/a bar of soap."

"You really can’t beat the price when it comes to how close this is to downtown and the Golden 1 Center. However, be aware that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would not stay longer than one night. A place to just get ready and refresh but definitely not to just chill. "

"The room was spotless & staff delightful. Very Attentive. Shower unfortunately leaks all over the bathroom floor and bed too soft & lumpy (old mattress). Other than those couple of flaws we were delighted with our stay."

"Walked in and it was a bit confusing on where to go, and who to go to around check-in. The front desk staff were okay as far as being friendly/approachable. During breakfast times, the service staff in the restaurant were amazing. Everyone from the bussers/porters, to the guys on the line cooking omelettes to order - they were all incredibly friendly and made the stay that much more pleasant. The room was clean, the amenities were average. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and caring as well. The pool was nice. A bit of a loud area, but nice to have access to. Our kids loved it. We stayed in room 217. At night, there is what seemed to be a decorative flood light outside of our room that was pointing directly into our room. So we had to do a few things to make sure the room stayed dark while everyone was sleeping. The stay, overall, was very pleasant. The location was great, too. "

"Our room on the 5th floor was nice. Unfortunately, there is a club next door and I could feel the vibration from the base in my room until the club closed. Then there was noise from the street until 2am or so. It's crazy that they don't work on getting better noise insulation from the windows. Overall, the hotel was really nice. Just super nosey. We paid 300 for a night out from kids and got no rest due to the club. "

"We couldn’t entered we had a problem entering the property. But that’s understandable it happens sometimes not a big thing for us but when we went in there we had to use the bathroom after a 3 Hour Dr. but that’s when we noticed their was hair all over the bathroom floor and on the toilet and the sink trash can was still full had trash still inside from the last visitors restroom floors were dirty hadn’t been swept or mopped so I went to go look in the kitchen cabinets that have the silverware, dirty and had product of food around them, stove, dirty, so that led me to go look inside the sheets I opened the sheets and noticed hair and a stain then I opened the refrigerator dirty I took pictures 22 of everything because when I call the owner again to notify him of what whats going on and what I noticed, which he had just spoke to us cause he had to open the door he wanted me to send pictures so I did I left as soon as we notice because we still needed to use the restroom somewhere else we had all our stuff in the car luckily, we hadn’t take anything down he said he was working on getting money back three hours later, he said, go ahead and rent place waiting for cleaner she be there the next day but at 12am He texted me I was not getting a refund. They had me on the phone till 3 AM just to tell me that I could’ve cleaned it all up myself that none of that was a big thing Vrbo give me cleaning money back owner would not give me the rest "
