Rooms bedding had a really and smell to it so I washed them in their laundry room. Staff was rude the lady in check desk was being rude to other customers. The cleaning staff had excellent attitude only cleaned my room one time my whole stay. Air conditioning did work. Kitchen had a few dead roaches that would come out from time to time.
Wonderful, affordable for hotel.
Would definitely stay again.

BEWARE THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They are only open from 8 am to 6 pm. I made my reservation through Expedia and arrived after 7 pm. They told me I didn't have a reservation and that they didn't have a room for me. They said they don't guarantee any reservations through any hotel booking app, only through their website. They told me they would call me the next day if they had a room available. More than 5 days have passed and no one has called me. Please mention this so people don't trust them. If you make a reservation through the app, it doesn't mean you have a room reserved. This company, which calls itself a hotel but isn't, shouldn't be listed on any hotel booking app in the United States since it doesn't guarantee a room to the customer.

Disliked: Amenities
Room smelled smelled like dirt, reserving a room is useless due to the fact that the toom you asked for is probable not available. And will make you uograde a 1 bedroom to "premium" which has nothing special ither than higher priced than a 2 bedroom.
For pet fees are horrible they charge way to much for animals. And the manager is horrible. She was cussing at customer because someone didn't extend there stay or check out. She was very unprofessional. People left there trash outside there rooms and sometimes it wasn't pick up.
The whole apartment was dirty, the carpet will filthy stinky sticky and it wasn't vacuum at all. KitchenAid was too small and it wasn't working. Will not stay there again.
The room I got supposed to have been a premium renovated room. The shower leaked all day long and a drainage smell came out of it the entire time. The AC smelled like mold the entire time. Didn't seem like renovated room.
For 2 weeks in a row we booked a double room traveling from Beaumont/Houston to El Paso for work. BOTH times, we arrived and they stated no double beds available. They do not go by reservation. Who ever shows up gets the room.
Very unfair when you are traveling 12 hrs. Will NEVER book here again. I never have had to leave such an unfair review but these people are just awful
The pictures on the website aren’t even the hotels photos; they are taken from some stock site or maybe another hotel- but they are 100% fake. This is the only hotel that’s told me I have to go buy my own toilet paper (I had used 1 roll after 5 days) and I couldn’t get clean towels to save my life. This wasn’t the housekeepers fault, they were sweet, but always told me if I need something I had to go back to the front desk. The woman did not like me, for some reason she couldn’t even be civil. If you are locked out for any reason after 11 or on a Sunday, good luck getting back in your room. They kept the $50 “deposit” but the room wasn’t dirty. Used, yes- no clean towels yes - trash ? No. I couldn’t sleep there after a roach so heavy crawling on the night stand one night woke me. I will be filing a false advertising claim against this hotel when I am home. The price is cheap but there is a few more for a couple more dollars and I promise, those extra dollars are worth it.
I did not stay here at all and was charged over $100 because this InTown Suites doesn't answer their phone nor do they give you an option to leave a voicemail. Expedia in turn basically told me tough luck because they couldn't reach anyone by phone or email. When I tried to rebook when I got there, the room were nasty and smelled awful. I swear someone died in one of the rooms they offered (then told me it wasn't available when I returned to the office). Worst experience and only added to the stresses of dealing with a death in the family that brought us to El Paso. I can't express my disgust with this place and the lack of handling by Expedia. All something that answering a phone call could have avoided!!!!
