The lady who works the front desk in the evening and the free breakfast were the best part about this hotel. Everything else was horrible. Aside from the building being old and falling apart, when I told them about issues we had with the room I was gaslit into thinking nothing was wrong and that it was probably my fault. The tv is fuzzy and canā€™t get a clear screen. The phone only worked sometimes so I would have to go downstairs, from the third floor with no elevator, to tell them directly about anything. I woke up around 11pm and found pools of water randomly throughout the floor. No idea where all that water came from. Tried calling downstairs but the phone didnā€™t work, so went downstairs to find no one there. Used up our towels to clean it up. Then they said the flooding probably came from me putting wet towels on the floor. The floor wasnā€™t just a little wet, IT WAS POOLS OF WATER in 3 different spots in our room. By the time they saw it I already cleaned it all up so they didnā€™t think it was a big deal. Then there was the loudest noise that happened every night that sounded like really aggressive wind, which wasnā€™t cause I looked outside and the trees werenā€™t even moving. It was coming from the walls and they said, ā€œwell youā€™re the only one complaining so it was the wind.ā€ The audacity to be so rude. The only compensation theyā€™re giving us is free snacks. I would NEVER stay here again and highly recommend you donā€™t either.

We are so happy that we chose to stay at Bayview Country Inn at El Nido. All the staff are friendly, (thank you everyone), food are so yummy, our room is so clean, bathroom and toilets are clean too. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stuff in the front desk was a little bit rude. Made my 10 years old consider as an adult. The staff really didnā€™t clean my room and I asked to clean my room overall it was OK.
