"Our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room we were assigned was extremely dark, with barely any window or natural light, which made the stay uncomfortable. We requested a room change, but the staff told us they were fully booked, even though it was mid-week, and they did not attempt to check for any possible alternatives. Additionally, housekeeping service was lacking. Towels we left on the floor were not replaced, and when we asked about it, we were told that room service is not provided every day. This was not clearly communicated at check-in and added to the inconvenience. The hotel is also quite far from Disney, which made transportation less convenient than expected. Overall, the experience was poor due to the dark room, unhelpful staff, and limited housekeeping service."
