"Disappointed whit desk front personal, the check in are very rude. They need training whit how treat people."

"This place has lots of good things and a few bad things that are easily fixed but they simply seem to go ignored. The good things are huge, spacious, clean rooms which can easily fit a family of five. 2 large queen beds in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the Den. Good AC and Internet available, decent breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. The bad, which is easily fixable is water dispenser empty 2 days in a row, napkins in ice cream shop are hard to find, cheese served in breakfast some days and not on others. No curtains in my room during second stay, no lobby, no swimming pool. It would be nice to offer coffee to guests or to have drinks available for purchase so you don't leave the hotel. Minor things that would make the stay and value much better and easily fixable."

"A little paradise in the middle of the city. A perfect place to end our vacation before our early morning flight home. The room was clean, the pool and staff were amazing. Definitely recommend!"

"Very clean and cool hotel, sweet and always smiling staff, amazing breakfast and dining options . The pool is comforting after a hot day. İ wish there were options of city tours at the reception desk. There is a nearby supermarket and a mall to find many needed items. Taxis are always available to take one around. The old city cathedral and park is walking distance"
