"We love the Caza! The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the property is very clean and welcoming. We love the pool and warmer months and the overall vibe is like a resort tucked away in a quaint neighborhood. However, we would really enjoy more amenities in the rooms like a coffee maker and refrigerator, as well as nicer pillows, and more creature comforts. Also, we wish the bar and snack area was available throughout the day. The hours are so limited! However, we will continue to return because of the nice property, comfortable rooms and neighborhood."

"Found someone's eyelash within my sheets on my first day. I don't wear lashes. Luggage area is rude. The room is too bare and doesn't provide compete toiletries. Housekeeping doesn't come everyday. I stayed for 4 days and they only came once. "

"I loved everything about the place, the stay, the employees where super nice. The only complaint I had was the whole building had a loud buzzing noise and it shook in motion like I was on a cruise ship the whole time. They moved me from the 5th floor which was really bad to the 3rd floor but it still shook in motion like crazy but not as loud, even the bed. I felt like I was constantly going to throw up. "
