"The experience was really great! The resort was very clean, the landscaping was impeccable and the staff were very friendly. Every restaurant had excellent servers and the food was delicious. The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Reservations are not allowed for the chairs and if you arrive after 6:30am, you most likely won’t find a chair due to people placing towels and items on them. Everything else about the experience was excellent. "

"My husband and I stayed for a much needed get away. We were both blown away with how beautiful the property and the rooms were. The room had a COMFY bed with soft sheets which is so important to me to have a relaxing time while I travel. The room was spacious and beautiful. The pool area was incredible with ocean views and swim up bar. All staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food and cocktails were also amazing. I was worried and hesitant at booking initially since it wasn’t an adults only but the pool was calm and peaceful so it was perfect. I had the best time at this resort and will definitely be back. "

"We loved our consierge and the snacks that she left for us. She was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to eat. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. The house was gorgeous and well laid out. Lots of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating inside the house. Lots of glassware too.The area that could use improvement was the maintenance of the house. There was no hot water in 3 of the bedroom showers when we arrived and it wasn’t fixed for 2 days. One of the safes was broken and had to be replaced. The air conditioning in one bedroom stopped working but was fixed the next day. The handle on one toilet didn’t work properly which meant the toilet continued to run. There was a large tear in one of the living room chairs and almost all of the cabinets and some doors were worn or scratched. Considering the cost of the rental, these things shouldn’t have happened or should have been repaired. Why didn't the cleaning crew notice the cold showers? A couple of additional outdoor chairs would be nice around the circular table and sofa area.The house sleeps 8 but only 6 chairs are provided. None of these items were so bad that we would not come again. We loved the house. However maybe the price was a little too high considering the condition of the home. A brochure stating how to get to the beach & code, how fans work, garbage disposal location, hot tub instructions, basic information etc would be helpful."

"Casa Jazmin was such an incredibly beautiful property. The home, pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach was amazing and the 5 adults and toddler in the party were using all every day we were there. We rented a car so were able to go to various places and restaurants and also cooked at the property several times. We hit the Fresko grocery store several times as it was only a 10 minute drive away and offered ample provisions including prepared items. "

"The location is unbeatable. Great pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. Our only issue was that the screen doors everywhere and window screens upstairs need to be replaced/repaired. As they are right now it's impossible to have the doors open without letting bugs in. But I was happy to see that additional railings had been added upstairs making the balcony safe for kids. Overall the hospitality was great and the rental company was helpful. We would love to come back someday."

"We had an amazing stay in Cabo San Lucas! The home is beautiful, right on the beach, and truly has every amenity you could want. Everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected. The housekeeper Carmen was wonderful—so kind, helpful, and made our stay feel effortless and Miguel was also very available and helpful for anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!"
