Brown Eilat is king!

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Staff

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. I would like to thank Anchal and Shay who work at the front desk, for their outstanding service. Each time I stay, they really go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. 20 out of 10 stars :). Amazing :).

Quaint, stylish little place with a nice pool. Not as loud or busy as larger Eilat hotels. The hotel is generally in need of a bit of maintenance but nice overall. No view. Strong perfume used as fragrance in public areas for some reason. Breakfast was okay but did not live up to the reviews. Very small parking lot, though there is a paid city lot a block away.

the welcome was very disappointed. we arrived at 16.30 and have been told the room is not ready yet.. the check-in is 15.00 and they tell us it's from and can be later... we asked for the manager and a room was provided...

Маленький грязный даже очень грязнный отель тянет на 1 звезду хотя никогла не была в 1 заезде ... но b&b за границей намного лучшие чем в этом отеле , завтрак стандартный неплохой но само помещение шумное и гул от людей и от иарелое по ходу там и яйца сгорели у работника короче тихий т .е громкий ужас , после номера не чистого побоялась пользоватся басейном ... Благо были проездом одну ночь Персонал приветливый ,

Not recommended

Even though the staff were nice and welcoming, the condition of the hotel is really bad. The towels had stains on them. The bathroom had a really bad pee smell, the fridge also smelled of rotten food, the wall to wall carpet was full of stains and the bed mattress 2as really uncomfortable. The staff, who really wanted to help responded to our complains was that hotel is old so this kind of things are expected and all the rooms have the same issues so changing rooms will not help

מלון קטן עם שרות טוב. יש מקום לשיפור ברמת ניקיון החדרים. ארוחות מגוונות וטעימות יש חנייה קטנה למלון. חנייה בתשלום ברחובות ליד המלון. מרחק הליכה מהטיילת, ממרכזי הקניות יש סופרמרקט בסביבה.

Unfortunately the hotel has the potential but they do not know how to use.it. It was average; poor with cleanliness in rooms and pool. There was even sand inside the pool and they never cleaned it. The carpet inside the room was unclean from the firat moment we checked in. Breakfast was ok I hope they will ficus on cleaning more than anything else.

Good value for money

Pros: Location is good : adjacent to a mall , 10 min walk to beach , couple of restraunts and shopping center within 2 minutes walk. Rooms are comfortable and clean, toilet with bath (extra points for anti-slip coating). Friendly staff. Good price. Neutral: Had a room with on construction site, but I don't care. Were during a social distancing times , so all food was in boxes. Can't say if it good or bad considering situation. Fridge had broken parts, but worked, so can't complain. Cons: Furniture in room was quite old and weary. Pillows small and not comfortable.

Nice

The hotel location is great: 2 minutes walk from the Ice Mall, restaurants and shops. The classic room was OK , and the hotel was clean and fitted to the corona regulatioms. We came for 1 night and did not use the pool nor the other facilities. The parking is preety small but each time we needed a spot we got one after a few minutes wait. The only problem was that there was only 1 person to give all the services: receptianist, open the parking, give pool towels and more so each time we got there we had to wait.

Hotel’s receptionists are amazing. Best service I received. I asked them for help and they did everything and more to find a solution. I haven’t seen such a service, not even in higher rated hotels.

corona times - march 2020

Well I went to Eilat for business, yes during the corona and my family joined me , sicne they were in almost lock-down at home, they also needed a break. We ordered a suite (2+3) to accommodate us. needless to say we called a few hotels and they were all closed, but Vista were open. So instead of the suite they gave us two rooms with connecting doors, which was better and one room had a balcony. They were wonderful, let us check out late, since the occupancy was very low. Ofcourse due to corona, we couldn't use the facilities, but everything looked great. The pool looks fine, the location I great, free parking at the hotel. Front desk open 24/7. We really appreciate their business and hospitality and will definitely remember their generosity and go back in better and normal days. p.s. WIFI was fine!
