"Good value for money excellent room"

"Didn't stay. Checked and and given room key to a room which was already occupied. Entered room and walked in on other guests. Given another room which was lesser standard than first room. Duty manager was difficult and argumentative. Left the hotel and stayed elsewhere "

"The room was in a neglected state , toilet didn’t flush properly, pillows paper thin, bed rock hard, walls thin, constant banging outside, room smelt damp , very bright flashing from smoke alarm right above bed all night ..a large group of us stayed here for one night and nobody slept well at all. Breakfast was poor choice (no vegetarian option) and took ages to refill when empty and they need more staff around the hotel "
