"We had an enjoyable stay. The house was very large and private and generally in a quiet area apart from a few dogs which seem fairly common in most of Egypt. Owner-Really kind, helpful and great communication. On hand to help if any issues and responded to messages straight away.House- Generally very nice but slightly unfinished but again this seems to be very common everywhere in Egypt. We were able to cook in the kitchen but a few additional bowls, baking trays etc would have been useful....

"The hotel was as expected, and the staff were consistently helpful. I was, however, disappointed by the very limited number of women on staff. I recognize that women are less represented in the workforce in Egypt, and having visited the country several times, was prepared for that disparity. Still, it can be uncomfortable as a female guest to have nearly every interaction be with men. I continue to hope that hotels—particularly those with international ownership and clientele—will give greater consideration to gender diversity among their staff."

"I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to go to Hurghada. No regrets to have selected this all inclusive hotel among many more in that area. Since the first time I arrived to the property, I received a very warm welcome. Even I arrived before the check in, the front desk gave me a very nice room with a beautiful swimming pool view. Employees are very kind, willing to help with everything. The beach is beautiful, the hotel property at all is clean and beautiful. I was a single traveler, but now I return home with many worldwide friends. So, people, book in this hotel for your Hurghada vacations. Its an outstanding place to stay either with family, friends or alone, because you will meet new people."

"Rixos Seagate Premium Hotel is a very big hotel. There are many swimming pools, none of them are overcrowded. There are shuttle TukTuk buses in between pools, bars and restaurants taking just 2-3 minutes in-between places. This hotel is all inclusive- food was very good, one of the restaurants’ works until 2am and there is always variety of food at any time. My son has a severe nut allergy and staff always assisted getting whatever food my son desired. Room service and restaurants use QR code to look at menus but they also have printed menus available. The most exceptional staff were Housekeeping staff: many 5 star hotels would knock on your room many times even if you have a non disturb sign and bother you with room changes; we never had a sign out and the housekeeping staff would simply meet us outside asking if ok to change the room; always greeted us with a smile. Housekeeping managers asked if all was ok and if there were any issues! I would suggest booking activities from within hotel as you can get cheaper deals. We took speedboat and saw dolphins on both trips via hotel’s operators. I suggest using hotel operators as other taxi drivers struggle to drive into hotel’s area and you end up looking for taxi drivers just juggling logistics. Camel rides and horse rides by the sea were great. There is an expectation to tip whatever trip you take though, some helpers openly tell you to tip them. Overall if we were to go back - we would return here again!"
