The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. We were there on the weekend and the breakfast selection wasn't great. But the paper plates and cups, as well as plastic cutlery, really spoiled the experience.

Day concierge was polite and friendly. Room was half-cleaned, evidence of prior guests. Cabinetry was cheap and poorly installed-cabinet door for fridge/microwave area was set 1/4" into the carpet. Hot tub not functional. 1 of 2 Elevators not functional. Working elevator makes sounds like it won't be working for long. Entry door didn't block noise, woken up 2 days in a row from people talking in the corridor. Included breakfast only until 0830, was maybe 5/10, worse because kitchen staff was out cleaning up at 0810, spraying chemicals and pulling garbage bags while I'm getting food and eating. Thin metal siding above entryway has separated and is likely to come down on someone. Was going to stay for 5 days but don't a better establishment after 2.

Great hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and everything was well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our huge room which was unexpected. Room was fairly clean accept for stains on the carpet and seriously needed to be vacuumed of "debris" (including cheezies) between the head of the bed and the wall 😡 linens and bathroom clean. Lobby was dirty. Most surfaces throughout the hotel, walls, counters, elevator was filthy. Service was good throughout. Breakfast and dining room was really good actually. Basic selection of breakfast foods and I liked the addition of hot broccoli and cauliflower as I'm keto. Pool was ok even though it was strong on the salt vs chlorine filtration, but the stench coming from the foot of sludge at the bottom hot tub which was out of order was next level gross 😝 The picnic tables full of workmen drinking beers directly outside the main entrance was a nice addition aswell 🙄 Oh well I guess you get what you pay for.
