Cigarette burns in the comforters, no proper locks on the doors, holes in the floor and mould in the fridge, completely unsafe and dirty!!! Didn’t even bother to stay the night. At least the staff were nice.

The staff at check in was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean but there was a strange hissing sound in one corner that my visitor commented on.

Staff was nice. However Motel is very outdated and in need of repair! There were no fire alarms in my first room. The room they switched me too has flooring and shower taped together! The place also smelled like smoke. Do not stay here. Expedia should not endorse this place.

This place was Very dirty. There was actually a mouse trap in our room and droppings. It smelled terrible and it was very dirty. I will never stay here again.
Safety chain was broken.
Vent in the bathroom.
Stains and very unclean around the tub.

Don't even look at Derrick motel

One of th worse places to stay. Rooms are filthy and wondering how this motel is even getting license to operate as business
