Beautiful hotel, nice size rooms, staff was amazing, great location, next to bus stations and about a 15-20min walk (if you don’t want to take the bus) to main tourist locations. Restaurants extremely close, safe and clean area, would 100% stay here again when I come back to Edinburgh!

Very clean, lovely staff, would definitely visit again.
Really lovely hotel - the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, warm and comfy. The rooms have good amenities and the downstairs bar is very nice. A really good hotel!
Lovely hotel in nice part of town, staff were friendly. Room was well equipped, lil kitchenette was great and a welcome usp to the usual run of the mill city hotels.
This was a lovely little hotel that we chose because of the proximity to Edinburgh’s West End, it had great reviews for cleanliness and also the fact that each room had a small kitchenette in, with a fridge, crockery and cutlery and a microwave. The room was small, but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean.
The hotel is a bit further out ( which we knew and didn’t mind) at the very far end of Princes Street, but there were coffee shops, pubs and restaurants very close by.
Lovely place, we’d stay there again!
Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. The hotel is located just about 5 minutes walk from Princes St. it is also close to George St, Royal Mile and about 15 minutes walk to St. James Quarter mall. I will stay there again.
Nice location only 5 minutes away from princess street & all the shops , bars & restaurants
Hotel was nice & quiet in the evening, staff really friendly & helpful, & the cleanliness was great
Would recommend highly
Staff were very polite, love the room, love the Nespresso in the room & pods refilled every day! Location is great, we walked all the time. The best part is the free drinks 5-6pm. Very happy with the Resident Edinburgh!
