Beautiful hotel, nice size rooms, staff was amazing, great location, next to bus stations and about a 15-20min walk (if you don’t want to take the bus) to main tourist locations. Restaurants extremely close, safe and clean area, would 100% stay here again when I come back to Edinburgh!

This was a lovely little hotel that we chose because of the proximity to Edinburgh’s West End, it had great reviews for cleanliness and also the fact that each room had a small kitchenette in, with a fridge, crockery and cutlery and a microwave. The room was small, but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The hotel is a bit further out ( which we knew and didn’t mind) at the very far end of Princes Street, but there were coffee shops, pubs and restaurants very close by. Lovely place, we’d stay there again!
