Ferienwohnung relativ sauber, Treppenhaus und Flur übermäßig dreckig. Der DRECK nicht Schmutz von der Anreise war am am Tag drr Abreise nicht beseitigt.Das Umfeld der Ferienwohnung war nicht i.O. Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen. SCHADE

Die FeWo selbst war perfekt und supersauber.Alleine der Zugang zur Wohnung durch den Hinterhof und den Hintereingang den engen Flur entlang, die schmale, schmutzige Treppe hoch, war nicht sehr einladend. Umso schöner war die Wohnung selbst!Das Restaurant im EG mit Terrasse und tollem Seeblick war auch sehr ansprechend.Die Lage der Wohnung war insofern perfekt, da sehr viele Attraktionen von hier in Kürze erreichbar waren. Im Großen und Ganzen war es eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche am Edersee.Frohe Grüße

Unterkunft zu laut

Die Wohnung selbst war ok.Nur befand sich diese auf einem Campingplatz und unter dieser Wohnung war ein Restaurant.So stand es jedoch nicht in der Anzeige.Da genau die Küche unter dem Schlafzimmer befand, hörte man halt wie ordentlich die Schnitzel geklopft wurden oder Bierfässer weg geschoben wurde.Es war immer recht laut,da auch das Personal viel draußen am Hintereingang war.Der Parkplatz der eigentlich für die Wohnung zustand,war jedoch meist zugeparkt durch das Personal.Ganze Macht lief die Waschmaschine und die Lüftung.Der versprochene Seeblick war nicht so erhofft,wie versprochen.Wlan war leider auch nicht vorhanden.Der Aufgang zu unsere Wohnung war oft zugestellt und unsauber.Die Wohnung selbst war sauber.Zwei Fernseher gab es,davon hat einer nicht funktioniert.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, man konnte viele Unternehmungen machen.In Rehbach selbst, würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Insgesamt die Umgebung sehr schön. Wohnung sauber allerdings der fantastische Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist gar nicht schön. Geht man aber wenige Gehminuten zum See, dann ist der Rundblick super. Campingplatz ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal vor Ort sehr freundlich. Brötchen kann man sich jeden Morgen frisch im "Lädchen" holen und wenn man Fischfan ist, dann kann man diesen in vollen Zügen genießen.

Ruhige Lage für stille Tage

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in einer bezaubernden Lage, direkt am Edersee. Der Jachthafen zu Füßen, die Segelschule um die Ecke, der Strand auch (vor 4 Wochen). Jetzt ( Anfang September) geht er täglich zurück. Sehr gutes Restaurant ist die nahegelegene Strandoase. ( bei Korrekturen dieses Eintrages ist das Programm ärgerlich da es futsch den Sendebefehl das Schreibfeld verdeckt) des Ortes bringen dem, der Ruhe braucht um

Nette Wohnung mitten im Campingtrubel

Check-In war problemlos. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war gut. Unsere Sauberkeitsstandards wurden nicht erfüllt (u.a. sehr viel Staub auf den Möbeln und Haare in den Betten und auf dem Boden). Nach Reklamation wurde umgehend nachgebessert, es entsprach allerdings immer noch nicht der Hygiene, die man sich wünscht. Wir wollten aber endlich Urlaub machen und haben für uns dann selbst den Zustand hergestellt, mit dem wir die 3 Tage dort leben konnten. Die Wohnung liegt mitten auf einem Campingplatz, was besonders am Freitag und Samstag laut hörbar war. Mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen war unmöglich. Hinzu kommt, dass im selben Haus ein Restaurant ist, was ebenfalls Lärm und Unruhe verursacht. Rehbach ist schön, man ist von der Wohnung aus in wenigen Schritten direkt am Wasser, in der Siedlung gibt’s einen kleinen Laden und mehrere Restaurants/Imbiss. Schöne Spazierwege direkt ab der Tür. In der Wohnung gibt’s zwar 2 TVs aber leider kein Radio oder Bluetooth-Lautsprecher, um eigene Musik zu hören. Wer selbst kochen will, sollte Gewürze und Öle dabei haben, es ist wenig dort vorhanden (teilweise nicht nutzbar). Kommunikation mit Vermieter gut und hilfreich.

Tolle Lage am Edersee. Wohnung war bei Einzug nicht gelüftet und Wäsche muffig. Einrichtung gut und nett. Zugang über Hintereingang des Restaurants bedeutet auch nächtliche Geräusche.

Wohnung okay, aber sehr viel Müll drum rum und nicht gerade leise.

Der Vermieter rief uns einen Abend vorher an und teilte uns mit, wie wir an die Schlüssel kommen. Das hat auch soweit alles geklappt. Man teilt sich den Eingang zur Fewo mit dem Hintereingang des Restaurants Fischerhütte. Das ist die Crux an der Sache. Der Eingang war voll Müll und Bratensoße. Der Koch hat wohl im laufenden Geschäft keine Zeit den Müll weiter zu transportieren. Nur wie sieht das für die Gäste der Fewo aus??? Außerdem trifft man über den Hintereingang auch auf Gäste die zum Wc müssen. Nachmittags hört man dann auch immer wie unten in der Küche die Schnitzel geklopft werden. Und um 22.00 Uhr schließt das Lokal, da wird mit viel Geklimper der Müll raus getragen. Dann unterhält sich das Personal noch lange auf dem Parkplatz unterhalb des Wohnzimmerfensters und fährt dann nach Hause. Zudem hat man ja auch noch den Campingplatz genau gegenüber. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Zufahrt. Ändert und Anreise der Camper bekommt man jederzeit mit. Kurzum. Die Wohnung passt soweit. Nur die Lage ist halt denkbar schlecht für eine Fewo. Ein separater Eingang zur Wohnung wäre ja schon eine Verbesserung. Der Vermieter ist nett und freundlich. Aber manche Sachen kann man einfach nicht ändern. Erneut würde ich, wegen der Lage, nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, sauber und für 4 Personen ausreichend. In der Umgebung ist es sehr ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Innen hui, außen pfui.

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Außenbereich. Parkplatz und Vorplatz sind ungepflegt. Unmittelbar vor der Hauseingangstür lagen Laub und Kartons von der Gaststätte. Die Dachkännel ist überall undicht und das Abluftrohr der Gaststätte ist komplett verdreckt. Weitere Fliegengitter in der Wohnung wären hilfreich. Der kleine Einkaufsmarkt des Campingplatzes in direkter Nähe war super!

Süße Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung, super Lage, Spülmaschinen Tabs waren leider nicht aufgefüllt, Geschirr im Schrank etwas dreckig und die Reinigungskraft war früher als abgesprochen da, was sie auch gewundert hat . Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Sonst hat es uns super gefallen :)
