Not the cleanest, but the staff were friendly. They took our concerns seriously and issued a refund. They should not be open during construction, and they need to focus on their rooms cleanliness and appearance.
The locks didn't work. Staff lied about breakfast. Painting supplies left out. It rained during the night and several pails were set up to catch tge rain from the leaky ceiling. Garage was piled in a rolling cart near the entrance. No staff available at front desk.

A mixed bag experience
The experience was a mixed bag. The people were friendly, and there was an amazing breakfast. I booked partly due to an advertised indoor pool as I was bringing children with. The entire pool area was tore up, under construction, and completely unusable. There were wires sticking out of the ceiling where there should have been a smoke detector. The ad stated the room had a balcony overlooking the pool area. It was a ground floor room near a very loud exit/entry door. I do think that this property has the potential to be an excellent stay. I just don't think that the current price level for the current amenities definitely do not match. We did utilize the pool at the local YMCA for an additional $25 to allow the kids the swim time they were looking forward to. I guess the biggest let down was choosing a more expensive option based on the ad listing over a couple other options with working amenities for around half the price. Again though, the breakfast and employees were some of the best we have encountered.
They said they were overbooked and giving us a suite. The room was under obviously still under construction. There was a kitchen with a disgustingly filthy oven. A makeshift closet, paint drippings everywhere. There were holes in the doors that you could see through. The shower had tepid water with no pressure. They couldn't give us another room because they said they were full. They also said they no longer provide breakfast because most of their clientele are long term stays. I called hotels. Com. The only thing they could do was offer a refund and we would have to find another hotel. We were there to move my son and were in a time crunch. We were literally stuck in this filthy room for 3 days. Never stay at this hotel. This hotel should not even be on hotels. Com
Was in terrible condition, it was under construction and nothing was finished. It was very noisy and i just got a eerie feeling from the staff who were clearly high on something and the lobby smelled of weed and incents

The rooms were not very sound proof. You could here everything going on outside the room. The AC unit in the window not sure if it wasnt insulated but I literally thought the road was right outside my room. Cars sounded as if they were right next to the building.
I am sincerely happy. As far as spots go to lay your head on a comfy pillow... this is it!! Management, staff. Its has everything you need. Just keep it HUMBLE and KIND. This is a place filled with some of the kindest human beings on the planet. 10/10 in my opinion. Its a work in progress, whom ever the owner is has a brilliant eye for colors and shades. Its a home away from home. All it needs is an opportunity. Give it a chance.I dont promise often however i will promise that i will stay here again.... thank you everyone for your respect and kindness! sincerely, Jacob.
I don't expect a lot for a motel but this place is rough. Had to move rooms cause windows blinds don't actually cover the windows. Other room had shades. Neither room the bathroom doors close properly. Had to slam shut. Looks like they are trying to remodel some but not looking good. The online pictures DO NOT look like what you will see. People crawling in and out the windows and people digging in the trash. My kids thought we were at a homeless shelter. One guy working was very friendly though. I know it's not supposed to be fancy but still needs a lot of work

Definitely a work in progress. The check in area is not well marked or well attended. No nametags. A ton of interior construction, as well as equipment and mess that goes along with it. Not ADA friendly, step ups or downs on nearly every door. No elevator. The room I had was clean, and all the furniture was new, so that was a plus. But the walls, while freshly painted, holes and dents were not properly prepped prior to the paint. The front cover came completly off of the AC unit when I turned it on, the insde was pretty dirty, it was snapped back on. Exposed nails in a door frame. The sink top was not secured to the cabinet, electrical outlets were not screwed into the wall, and the faucet deivered hot water to the right, cold to the left. The water was hot, so that and the new showerhead were nice. There appears to be a fair amount of long term residents, and it seems that they are also "employed" by the inn as they were back and forth behind the desk, in and out of work areas, and helping with food prep in the breakfast area. Again, no nametags or dress code, so unsure. The breakfast was ok, fresh fruit, eggs, french toast, pancakes and beverages. No gloves used for cooking, and prep area open and accessed by many. High chairs would have been nice. I can't truly recommend staying here while the reno is still in progress. And I would suggest during the transition that nametags and/or uniforms be utilized to help the short term guests know who to ask with questions/ concerns.
