"I didn't expect much with such a cheap price and it was exactly how I expected. The room was clean in all the important areas such as bed, toilet, shower, and floors. Things like the light switch covers, microwave, and plug outlets were filthy. The AC was loud but worked great. You could really hear the highway from my room so it was a rough night of getting sleep. The fridge was on but didn't keep anything cooler than if you had just sat it out in the room. I wouldn't ever bring my wife here but it was fine for a cheap quick night of travel stay. The lock on the door was broken and with the shady characters hanging about outside their rooms I was a bit worried but had zero issues."

"Awesome staff. Everyone was very helpful and very patient. I definitely recommend this motel. Everything worked as expected. A/C worked! Bed was comfortable, juccuzi was wonderful. Pool was clean and water was cool. I stayed 4 nights with my little dog and there is a pet relief area and doggie poo bags are supplied My only problem was there is only one shade tree for the parking lot. My only suggestion would be to add more shade trees to help prevent interior of vehicles to not get so hot! Was hard on my pooch. Other than that, excellent place to stay for a few days."

"My employee that stayed 1 night was horribly bitten by bed bugs. This was disgusting and humiliating. I had the employee report to the front desk and they said "ok i'll report it to maintenance." I booked the rooms thru hotels.com and reported this to them as well. Red Lion has always been a name of a premier property. This one has seen better days for sure. Your online shows all the facilities operational. This is not the case. Very disappointed. "

"I liked the air conditioning, the friendliness of the office person. I did not like the smell of cigarettes on him or the cigarette smoke. When I arrived he was smoking in the parking lot and when I went to my car later he was smoking in the parking lot."

"Stayed in Baker City while travelling to Utah. Hotel was located just off the interstate making it easy to get up and hit the road in the morning. The hotel was clean and there was minimal noise considering being position just off the interstate. Downtown Baker City is approximately a 20-30 minute walk to the beautiful downtown city centre with lots of local food options if you’d prefer a sit down restaurant instead of fast food. Great hotel at a great price. "

Our input .. room smelled a little musty, carpeting needs replaced, the shower head needs replaced .. the water stream blasts out of the shower nozzle. And the linoleum in the bathroom needs replaced, it was grimy looking along the shower stall. "
