"Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."

"This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!"

"Cliff and I came to attend a family graduation party! We also celebrated our anniversary! We loved this quaint cottage! Nicely updated and decorated! We were very close to everything but quiet and peaceful at night! Our hosts were very attentive and friendly! The only thing was we wish we booked it for a longer period to enjoy more time there! We would definitely like to come back!"
