I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"Good hotel, however if your partner is in the bathroom there is no mirror to do makeup and hair. You can sit on the floor at the long mirror to do your make up, but no plug to do hair, so sit at the table where there is a plug but no mirror, or wait an eternity until the bathroom is free. Obviously designed by a man "
