We had a lovely stay with an upgraded Seaview room which was immaculate and all the staff were excellent and made us feel at home Food was delicious We will be definitely returning at some point nxt year Great break

Large hotel stuated across from the pier,parking at the rear for about 40 cars or so at £6 a day. Excellent buffet breakfast at £10 which is very popular with the guests. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is an old hotel and quite obviously needs some renovations and maintenance but I would stay here again, its in a really good location and comparing it to other hotels its very popular and very reasonably priced.

Have stayed in the Burlington Hotel many times. Food always good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this time we stayed, our room was not serviced in the 4 days were stayed,( other guests stayed a week and room not serviced) although staff at reception happy to give you toilet rolls, tea, coffee and milk for room.

The Burlington is a historic building and we were very pleased to see that some of the original features still there. But what really impressed us was the attention of the staff. Liam the receptionist gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We will recommend The Burlington to our friends

We loved the location we also booked an upgraded sea view room so we overlooked the pier with a wonderful sea view and view over the famous Eastbourne gardens. The only problem the hotel is such a large grade 2 listed building the the outside has suffered terribly and will cost millions to restore but at least its still open where others have been forced to close.

Hotel staff we very nice and reception wer very polite &helpful, Very old building that understandably needs a lot of work , but the main thing that let's it down is the bedrooms, our room (237) The carpet was shocking so stained! Really in need of a new one, the stair carpet needed a good hoover! Breakfast was good,

Very friendly, helpful staff. Parking available at £6 per night.Had breakfast on each day of our stay which was fine and plentiful. Tiny lift which was just big enough for 2 adults. Was out of order for part of our stay. The adjacent lift was not working at all during our 3 night stay. We had the superior double with sea view. Room was tired and didn’t feel clean. Bathroom used to have a bath but was permanently covered over so made do with small cubicle shower which was fine. Such a great position but very tired looking after years of underinvestment.
