I have stayed at The Burlington several times and always had a good experience. Friendly helpful staff, great location opposite the Pier and clean rooms. The hotel is obviously quite old and as such some parts can appear a bit worn but this is understandable. It overs good value in a great location would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean every one of the staff were excellent couldn't fault them or the hotel in any way food was excellent I've already booked to go bsck again I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone

We had a lovely stay with an upgraded Seaview room which was immaculate and all the staff were excellent and made us feel at home Food was delicious We will be definitely returning at some point nxt year Great break

A lovely hotel right alongside the beach front - couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Abbie who made our stay feel extra special. Looking forward to returning.

Large hotel stuated across from the pier,parking at the rear for about 40 cars or so at £6 a day. Excellent buffet breakfast at £10 which is very popular with the guests. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is an old hotel and quite obviously needs some renovations and maintenance but I would stay here again, its in a really good location and comparing it to other hotels its very popular and very reasonably priced.

This hotel is very run down and tired. Food wasn't as good this year. Once again only the small lift was working. The saving grace of this hotel is the wonderfully staff. When we said we weren't happy with our room they immediately transferred us to a superior room. The dining room was often short staffed but the staff were very attentive and cheerful

You cannot fault the staff, who were polite and helpful. However, the property is in need of modernisation, or a refresh at the minimum. Whilst the breakfast was plentiful, most of the cooked breakfast was cold, sausages poor quality and coffee terrible. Sorry guys, I try to be as honest as I can, but this wasn’t our best experience.

Everything was very well organised and delivered. The building is dated but scrupulously clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind-hearted, There was a singer in the Ballroom in the evening which was good. My only complaint is that the TV in my room wouldn't work. It would switch on but not access any channel. Also, the lifts were very small so there was usually a queue for them. The price was very fair although I had to pay £6/night for parking. Breakfast was excellent - everything you could want and perfectly cooked. I don't know how they kept the buffet so fresh. I've stayed at many more expensive hotels that couldn't match it! The location was excellent - right on the seafront opposite the pier. I will stay there again - first choice.

Have stayed in the Burlington Hotel many times. Food always good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this time we stayed, our room was not serviced in the 4 days were stayed,( other guests stayed a week and room not serviced) although staff at reception happy to give you toilet rolls, tea, coffee and milk for room.

The Burlington is a historic building and we were very pleased to see that some of the original features still there. But what really impressed us was the attention of the staff. Liam the receptionist gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We will recommend The Burlington to our friends

We loved the location we also booked an upgraded sea view room so we overlooked the pier with a wonderful sea view and view over the famous Eastbourne gardens. The only problem the hotel is such a large grade 2 listed building the the outside has suffered terribly and will cost millions to restore but at least its still open where others have been forced to close.
