" Great"

"Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority. The room they put us had water in the tub and water was leaking out , when asked how my stay was going thru a text I expressed this to a lady named Jessica and she apologized but no solution or anything . Food was ok but they close the bar at 5:00 pm . The pool gets closed early as well & the arcade is very small and most games don’t even work . I am not quite sure what kind of resort this is but it did not feel like a resort to us. "

"The front staff was nice at 2am. The beds were not that great and the breakfast area was small and over crowded. I was here for work had I had to reserve for personal I wouldn’t recommend this place. "

"We loved our stay at the Fredonia. This was my husband‘s first time to visit the historic town of Nacogdoches as well as the Fredonia hotel and Convention Center. I have been there several times and have always been pleased. The staff does everything in their power to make your stay wonderful. Our room was perfect and cozy."

"Room was nice. Tv was not very good. Next to hwy and was noisy until 10:00 or so. "
