Located down a private drive and through a stone pillared entry, this 1.4 acre oasis is within 2 miles of several white sand beaches, the Atlantic Ocean, bay harbors, golf, tennis and the towns, shops, restaurants and bars of East Hampton & Amagansett. Forbes recently ranked East Hampton's Main Beach #1 among its 'America's Top 10 Beaches. There is a private heated pool and hot tub with marble dust gunite finish. It is surrounded by the massive lawn. Guests cover heating via upfront deposit.

At 4,900 sqft, the 3-story colonial contains a large, newly renovated kitchen with 3 fridges, central air, fireplace, 4 full baths, 6 bedrooms, multiple TVs, a wet bar, and a full bar and lounge. There are 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, a twin, and a crib that will comfortably sleep up to 14 people. (Please note: we don't accept college or high schoolers or any underage groups. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by their parents.)

The house boasts a wrap-around deck, detached 2-car garage and massive backyard giving way to woodlands, offering a peaceful, relaxing and private setting. Great for a summer share or a quiet weekend. Other bonuses include fresh linens and bath towels, 4 bike beach cruisers, 2 tandem sea kayaks that seat 4, washer/dryer, Traeger™ grill/smoker, WiFi, deck/pool chairs, beach chairs and umbrella, pool toys, etc. The kitchen is fully supplied with utensils for the smoker/grill, cups, plates, bowls, stemless wineglasses, place mats, silverware, mixing bowels, pots and pans for 14-15 people. The kitchen also boasts a toaster, dual-stacked oven, 3 refrigerator/freezers, 2 large coffee makers, a personal Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave. The house is also 2 miles from public transit with the Jitney bus & LIRR train stopping in East Hampton, minutes from the property. [#16.1800]

For our annual girlfriend’s weekend, we booked “East Hampton Luxury: Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Expansive Yard with 6 Bedrooms,” and expected a 5 star rated property. However, as soon as we arrived it was clear that the property had been neglected for a long time and was closer to a 2.5 star type property. The disappointment begins with the dirty and torn door mats, then moving inside there is the dated and stained main floor bathroom (not pictured in the listing), the broken kitchen cabinets, musty smell, torn non-functioning screen doors, dirty outside chairs, leaf-filled and dirty swimming pool and hot tub, etc. The sixth bedroom/fourth bathroom and the bar area are in the dark basement down non-compliant stairs where the floor has been torn up and the walls and trim are in disrepair. In view of our disappointment, we phoned VRBO and got in touch with the property manager. The property manager agreed to a refund and we cut short our visit and found alternate housing. We are rating the experience with only one-star (Terrible) due to the next series of interactions with the property manager because he subsequently demanded a 5 star rating from us in exchange for our refund. VRBO is now investigating the matter.

Beautiful house with a great outdoor space

Warren’s house did not disappoint! It was exactly as pictured and the huge outdoor space was a plus. Warren and his team were incredibly responsive leading up to the trip and while we there. If you’re looking for a house in East Hampton, I definitely recommend.

Property is on the market and it showed as much maintenance is required before it gets a better review-gross carpeting in some of the bedrooms, ripped screens on sliders, MANY windows lacking screens - late September windows should be open and AC off so fresh air can come in, toaster completely broken so breakfast was difficult, HOT tub cost $$ to heat, bathroom layout funky as 4 bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom/shower. Oh yes-adjacent property has chickens and a Rooster that starts making noise at sunrise. On the positive side new owners can make interior improvements as noted, except for bathroom issue(main floor powder room/shower is an option), lots of parking is a plus and deer grazing in backyard was lovely-bring earplugs for rooster. Overpriced until all maintenance issues resolved.

Weekend Trip from the City

We had a lovely stay at the house and would certainly go back with friends. The listing appeared to have aged significantly since the photos online we taken, but we found everything to be in working order and we were able to communicate easily with the host about all our concerns. The host sends a large deal of information right ahead of check-in, including telling us that the police officer next door was going to be watching us - that was unsettling. However, once we arrived we did not have any trouble with the neighbors and the house layout is really great for large groups that enjoy cooking (massive, well-stocked kitchen) and spending time together.

My family Christmas vacation was awesome! This house is must for a memorable moment, it'a just right

It was our first time as a family spending a Christmas away from home, so as the planner I felt pressured and concerned if this was going to be a good idea... But thanks to Warren and his beautiful house our Christmas holiday was magical! The house is spacious and beautiful it's really a home a way from home... It had everything to create a magical moment. We spend most of the time indoors and there was not a dull moment... There were 14 of us including my easily bored and hard to please 17 year old son. I did mention by the way to Warren that we would be playing board games and guess what we even got board games. If given a chance each person would have written their own review they were ultimately please and satisfied. We say fantastic job Warren! On Christmas morning to optimize our experience we got a visit from Rudolph the red nose reindeer and his friends! Don't know if Warren orchestrated that one but it was EPIC! All the cameras came out! Never thought this spot would have been such a good idea for a Christmas vacation but it was! Love it love it!

LOVE this House

This was the perfect house for a family and extended family vacation. We enjoyed it very much and would stay here again. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and so was the dining room. The bathrooms were very nice. The master suite was large and cozy with a beautiful and very large bathroom. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. Very large property for kids to run around and play. Warren was very nice and accommodating and made it very easy for us, and he was very responsive during our stay. I highly recommend this property. Also, very convenient/close (by car) to East Hampton town.

The property manager was quite insulting throughout in the weeks leading up to the stay. It was almost like he though we were going to be vile guests that destroyed the house and threw huge parties. Quite the contrary. The lawn was poorly maintained, so many three foot weeds growing around the pool. There was chewed gum stuck to the slate tile near the pool and on the deck. The deck had some rotted out holes with nails sticking out in certain places. The stains on the kitchen island chairs were revolting. Nearly black molded from wet bathing suites i'd imagine. The ice maker did not work, at all. Nor did the one in the freezer. What good is a broken ice maker? You had to pay for the hot tub by the hour... The bedrooms linens were similar to what you bring to summer camp in your youth the master bathroom shower handle was completely broken and only if you used the force of Thor could you turn the water on and off. I showered with the want in the tub the first night :( The property is located across the street from a Landfill On the plus side, plenty of space indoors and out. Bathrooms were all recently renovated. You can buy fresh eggs from the neighbors. Not far from town. Plenty of Towels (bath not hand or kitchen). The fire pit was a lovely way to unwind after a long day. Overall i would consider renting again if some improvements were made to the property. 6.5/10

Wonderful winter getaway

Our group of 7 had a great long weekend stay at this home. It is spacious and comfortable for all. Quick drive to town. Host was very communicative and helpful with our questions. Hot tub was more difficult to use than advertised, but the outdoor space is great and would be wonderful in warmer weather. Great house for families or groups of friends.

Great getaway!

Rented this house for a quick weekend getaway with a small group of friends. We all wished we could've stayed longer! The house had soo much room and it was very clean! Not to mention that the house was gorgeous. We all loved the house! Warren made the check-in & check-out process very easy. He responded quickly every time I msged him. He also provided very detailed msgs to answer all my questions. The pool was gorgeous; it was a bit cold. Wished we all came here during the summer times to enjoy the pool more. Can't wait to go back!
