The staff was unhelpful and rude throughout the check-in process. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was asked to pay nearly twice the booked amount in cash, which was completely unacceptable. "The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. "
