Quaint & quiet

Knights Inn is a little old fashioned (think a mix of 70s & 80s decor) but I found it quaint & very quiet! We are extremely tired of all the noisy chain hotels & this was a very nice change.

The price was unreasonable for the quality of the property but it appeared that the prices in the city were much higher overall for that run down town. I lived there for years many years, years ago and that town has not changed much at all. If I had not had a relative in the hospital I would never have made the trip.

Tiny bathroom but good night sleep in bed.

A little strange the way you check in, ringing the doorbell standing outside a window for the transaction. The hotel parking was great as I was able to park right in front of my door. The room was good, strange to walk in and step on a pillow case though. The beds were decent sleep. Had a fridge & microwave which is always a plus. Bathroom was very tiny. Like sit sideways on the toilet can’t fit tiny. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut unless you kinda lifted it and pushed at same time. Just very uncomfortable to use.

It had Germain cockroaches in microwave that was not plugged in. Carpet was very dirty. Will not be staying there again.

Perfect for the night

Only stayed one night and it was good enough. One of the cheapest hotel in the city. It was clean and comfortable. Could use more plug ins for electronics

I never made it past the front desk but had no air conditioning I'm 48 years old the carpet looked older than me my reservation they said was for the next day I couldn't cancel it's the only reason why I got charged for the room I do not know how they are even open to the public do not stay there

The main door was locked and we had to speak through the window and use a drawer to give our payment She didn't seem to be aware that our reservation was for two rooms I had to show her through the window. We were not given a printed receipt when we checked out The bathroom was not comfortable the commode was very low and small and the toilet paper holder was literally under our arm the advertisement said there was breakfast and there was not the door was still locked

Comfortable hotel for the price

The lady at the check in was nice. The room was clean and the ac was already turned down so the room was comfortable when we got in. The bed was firm, which i prefer. The pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and hard to maneuver in. There are a limited amount of outlets to charge phones over night. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will stay here again. Next time we will bring an extension cord and a surge protector to help with the lack of outlets.

Checked in for one night as I had an early appointment the next morning. Staff was rude at check-in and room was nothing like pictured with a shower head that was only 5' up the shower wall and amenities (AC and refrigerator) that were continuously noisy.

Older property so expect some imperfections. Toilet seat was cracked so ouch, stayed 3 nights, never offered fresh towels, room was not serviced during our stay either. Was clean and quiet.

Nice and comfortable

Nice, quiet place.. Clean.. had a problem with the television when arrived and management promptly came to the room and fixed it! Nice owners. Do charge a $25 fee for our 7lb chihuahua... I thought that was over priced.. Convenient location and comfortable..

The checking in process was horrible, they wanted to know why we didn’t tell them that we had a pet prior to checking in. I was unsure why they wanted to know before hand and they said they need to let the property manager know, to make sure it was ok ..before picking a hotel we looked for pet Friendly hotel . So I figured we let them know when we check in. The check in Clark got rude.

It was good and then..

So I ended up having to check out early because I was told I would be going somewhere else. I was not able to get a refund and the dude at the front did not tell me that I could not get a refund until then and said it had to be 24 hours before check out. He didn’t tell me that. And so I get off of work and go back because I did not have to leave after all and figured I paid for it so I can go back, he did not let me check back in unless I bought another night, even tho I received no refund.
