"First, the positive: The staff is very friendly and helpful! There are free bicycles or electric cart rides to My Son Sanctuary (which was really beautiful and nice to visit) The rooms are spacious and beds are decently comfortable. "The room was spotless and the customer service from all staff was outstanding. Kate at reception was excellent, explaining all details of the services of the hotel clearly and was extremely helpful. She even organised a lift for me upon request. In the restaurant, the staff member Stella, was very professional and provided exceptional customer service, always having a smile on her face. Fantastic experience! "
