Basic and clean, good value for money

Basic hotel, clean, simple continental breakfast at decent price, dog was welcome but at a EUR 5 fee for the night. Free parking available,otherwise free on the street. No high street nearby but a restaurant connected to hotel. Room basic and clean. Decently priced minibar. Wifi works well.

Hotel con las comodidades necesarias para pasar un par de días, no para largas estancias. Limpio, habitación amplia con cama doble, tv, wifi, baño normal. No tiene ascensor y tiene unas escaleras para personas mayores que tendrían problemas. La atención de la recepción muy buena. Justo al lado hay un restaurante que destaca por la amabilidad de los dueños y buena comida. El hotel queda un poco apartado del centro y es necesario coger el autobús, ya que no hay nada por la zona. Autobus 30 min aunque la parada desde el hotel esta a 50 m. Si tengo <50 años y voy solo o por poco tiempo se puede recomendar. El precio me ha parecido algo excesivo para las características del hotel y no incluía desayuno, poco variado, muy sencillo.

Das Hotel hat für Düsseldorf ein hervorragendes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Bei einem Preis, der dem einer JH-Übernachtung entspricht, muss man schon ein paar Kleinigkeiten akzeptieren. - die Parkplatzlage ist angespannt, aber noch handelbar - Treppe zum Eingang - die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist SEHR steil - für Behinderte ist das Haus mit dem Vorpunkt nicht geeignet. (Betrifft mich als Marathonläufer nicht, der Hinweis fehlt aber in der Beschreibung.) - in der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Verbindung in die Innenstadt mit Öffis nur mit Bus + Umsteigen möglich. Positiv ist, dass das Zimmer größer ausfiel als erwartet und das Bad komfortabel war. Auch die Heizleistung ließ trotz des Wintereinbruch keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüfett konnte ich leider nicht testen, weil ich an beiden Tagen früh raus musste.

Schöne Lage zum Spazieren gehen. Der Wald ist gleich um die Ecke. Perfekt für Leute mit Hunden, den auch Hunde sind dort gerne gesehen. Ein sehr freundliches Personal und die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und es ist sehr gemütlich. Ich würde es wieder Buchen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Hotellet var i mycket gammalt skick och porttelefonen fungerade inte alls...det gick inte att kommunicera med receptionen vilket skapade problem för oss att checka in efter klockan 22:00. Men när receptionisten äntligen lyckades höra mitt telefonnummer så kommunicerade vi via sms, vilket gick bra.

Good for an overnight rest

An okay looking hotel with basic facilities. What does really well for this hotel is the extremely helpful and welcoming staff, and a beautiful duck restaurant right next door serving excellent food and drinks with avery accommodating host. The hotel give you a pass free of charge, for transport around the city, including autobus, tram, train and subway, a very nice touch. Would recommend anyone to stay the night on a stopover when travelling further afield. Perhaps a little far out of the city for a weekend break though.

Ruhiges Hotel am Waldrand

Wir kannten das Gebiet um den Unterbacher See, deshalb haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Man kann von dort zu Fuß durch die Natur an den See wandern oder radeln. Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus, das mit den heutigen Standards ausgestattet wurde, sehr steile u. enge Stufen in die oberen Stockwerke, ältere Möbel, sonst alles OK!!

Günstiges Hotel

Hotel war günstig und ruhig gelegen. Leider war die Ausstattung sehr veraltet und das Bad nicht wirklich einladend, aber da der Preis nicht hoch war, wollen wir nicht meckern. Das Internet ging jedoch sehr langsam und wer wert auf einen großen Fernseher legt, wird mit dem kleinen nicht zufrieden sein. Zudem gingen die Treppen sehr steil nach oben, was für ältere Menschen sicher nicht geeignet ist und ich denke auch nicht, dass man als Rollstuhlfahrer überhaupt zu den Zimmern kommen kann. Es waren noch 2 Fahrtickets für den Bus für uns hinterlegt, die wir nicht benötigten, aber wer ohne Auto reist, freut sich sicher über die Tickets, die er dann als Reisender nicht extra bezahlen muss.

War für eine Nacht im Hotel. Vorteil: Es liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand und man kann einen schönen Spaziergang machen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Nachteile: Das Zimmer ist nur über eine sehr sehr steile Treppe erreichbar (kein Aufzug). Ich bin jung und weiss ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie ältere Personen ggf. schwere Koffer in das Zimmer bekommen sollen. Nachts hört man aufgrund der Holzböden jeden Schritt und ich bin mehrmals aufgewacht. Das Hotel ist alt und es ist klar dass eine Komplettrenovierung evtl. nicht möglich ist. Neue Silikonfugen im Bad und ein vernünftiger Brausekopf kostet aber nicht die Welt... Frühstück wird angeboten, aber ist nichts besonders. Fazit: Würde dort nicht mehr übernachten

Albergo scorretto che non rispetta le condizioni

Ho prenotato l'albergo come da condizioni previste sul sito expedia. Carta di credito a garanzia, pagamento in hotel e diritto di cancellazione. dopo qualche giorno ho ricevuto mail dall'hotel che mi chiedeva (per telefono ?????? o per mail ?????) la carta di credito per effettuare il pagamento della prenotazione sostenendo che la prenotazione non era soggetta a cancellazione. Minaccia: cancellazione della prenotazione entro le 20 dello stesso giorno. Ho chiesto di poter fare bonifico ed hanno spostato il termine all'indomani alle 12. Ho fatto bonifico e fax del pagamento, Nel pomeriggio altra mail ricevuta perché non avevano ricevuto il pagamento (avevo il rapporto fax positivo) e mi cancellavano la prenotazione. Ho dovuto disturbare un amico che parla tedesco e per telefono ho dovuto pagare con carta di credito. Risultato doppio pagamento e sto ancora attendendo il rimborso di uno dei due. Mai visto nulla di simile. Indegno di stare su expedia. Non rispetta le condizioni che offre sul sito. chiede carta di credito per telefono. Minaccia cancellazioni e le effettua nonostante il pagamento ricevuto. Ho percepito una forma di prevenzione verso gli italiani. Un incubo che pesa negativamente su expedia che non può ospitare simili strutture.
