Ruime kamer, hotel consequent met nogal aparte smaak ingericht, ontbijt was heel matig. Zelfs geen fatsoenlijk brood.
Maar gezien de prijs, geen klagen.

This is a nice old fashioned hotel. The location is great and the people are friendly
10min wandelen naar het centrum.
Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Ruime kamers.

Good position- close to the tower and river and within 20 minute walk of the old town.
Negatives- the room we were offered stank of smoke. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke. The 3rd room offered was much smaller but was odour free. We asked for a refund but was refused.
Fint hotel, som ligger dejlig centralt. Meget value for pengene. Ok morgenmad.

Good room, poor breakfast and dirty restaurant.
The room was good, a very comfortable bed, clean and fresh.
Nice receptionists and cleaning staff.
Nice lobby with the possibility of free coffee and tea around the clock.
Everything was good except the breakfast buffet and the person who worked there. There was only one person who worked there, a guy with a ring in his ear and he simply couldn't get out of the guests' dishes from the tables and refill with clean dishes and refill food in the buffet. It was total disaster there and the guy who worked there had zero control over how it works in a restaurant. Guests were allowed to sit at tables with undisclosed dishes from previous breakfast guests. So all tables were full of old undisclosed dishes and leftovers from other hotel guests who have been there and eaten breakfast. I have never before in my entire life visited a more dirty restaurant and I also got sick after every breakfast in their restaurant. In addition, most things were over at the buffet and he did not fill up with much more food and drink and there was a long time to close and more and more hotel guests came to the breakfast buffet. Most of the guests were angry with the guy who worked in the restaurant. He picked up a glass here and a glass there but he never popped off an entire table during the days I was there and I sat there for about 30 minutes every morning.
Otherwise the hotel was good, but I do not agree that it is a 4 star hotel.
The Sheraton is 5 star and there is a big difference.
Good location for exploring the city. Good breakfast buffet.
No facility in room for tea/coffee making.

God beliggenhed.
Excellent hotel, with a unique and quirky character.
Excellent service from the staff, lovely rooms, and good breakfast. Location is slightly out of the way, but well located for the Mediahafen. We were visiting for the Rheinkirmes, and for that the location is very convenient.
I had room 620, which is the one in the pictures with the large windows. Which is on the top floor and directly faces the sun all afternoon and evening. The room has no air conditioning and no air flow. The curtains do not fit and do not block the sun. It was like a sauna. I asked for a fan and was told there was not one. Too hot to sleep until after 1am, then sun streaming in through the badly fitting curtains at 5 to wake you up again. A terrible stay and a place not to ever go back to.
