The property is excellent, the location is great near the old town and 1 block from beaches. All the owners are great and try to solve any issue. Is highly appreciated the central garden with hammocks and the balconies ideal for resting in a hot day

Its a little off the beaten path but great place to stay. Had a kitchen with everything i neede to cook. The host and family were awesome. This is a great place, close to the beach right in the thick of things. Just hidden away. Nice place

This is a modest Guest House in Durres, which is a small beach town one hour west of Tirana and the airport TIA. The owners are a retired couple who live downstairs the property. There is a language problem for the couple but their daughter comes to the rescue. They are all very friendly and helpful. Of course, there is no daily housecleaning service as in a hotel but they ask you if you need anything. The area is safe with a few restaurants and mainly luxury hotels. The beach is only three-minute walk away. There is a boardwalk by the beach that people walk all the time with cafes and all.

Trevlig och vänlig personal med lättillgängöig service Vi börjar med det negativa då det positiva var övervägande. -Ej daglig städning i rummet. Vi var där i 10 dygn och första veckan fick vi be om toapapper och sedan lämnades det dagligen. Ägaren mötte upp varje morgonochkolla läget. inget städ eller bäddade. Det gjorde vi själva. Vi frågade om städprod och hänvisades till supermarket. Man måste fråga om det mesta då det ex var otydligt ex lämna tvätt. Tvättservice innebär inte egen tvättmaskin eller delad utan kostar 5 euro och då torktumlas alla kläder (!) och luktade mycket illa. Tyvärr var ägaren bortrest och mamman kunde ej engelska vilket var ett minus vid ankomst. Dock var hon väldigt trevlig och gulig och gjorde sitt bästa. Bilderna på rummet gjorde sig inte rättvisa. Något trångt med en extrasäng ex. Det står att finns pool och privat strand. Inget stämmer men bara 80 m till stranden där vi rekommenderar att gå till höger där stranden slutar om man vill ha lugn balkong fanns vilket vi inte visste. Kyl precis utanför deluxerummet. Smidig upphämtning vid transfer tor mitt i natten. Snabb in- och utcheck Rekommenderar att kontakta dem via whatsapp då ägaren svarar dygnet runt och är mycket trevlig, glad och hjälpsam. Hennes mamma och pappa var supergulliga och deras son likaså och frågade om han kunde hjälpa till med något. Smidigt med vattenslang vid ingång men såg vi ej förrän sista dagarna😊 obefintligt wifi-katastrof. Helt ok sängar o toa/dus

Good stay

Very nice place to stay in a quiet surrounding. The owner's young son who speaks very good english welcomed us, showed us around and told us everything we wanted to know. Easy to go to town by bus and good restaurant at the corner. I recommend this place.

A nice welcome to Albania.

Really nice stay here. It was my introduction to Albania and received a great welcome. It’s always difficult arriving as a solo traveller but this charming family really looked after me and gave me lots of great advice. Highly recommended.

Mit 16m2 værelse lå centralt, og det var et venligt værtspar. Men det burde på ingen måde høre ind under ’Hotel’, det var nærmere B&B, (uden Breakfast), fordi • Der var ingen reception o Flere gæster kom gående, uden at vide hvem de skulle henvende sig til o 2 gange, kom bedsteforældre ud, og kunne så ringe til værtspar o Jeg selv blev modtaget fint af værtspar, efter at have ringet til dem • Ingen rengøring i løbet af de 8 dage • Sengetøj blev ikke skiftet • Håndklæder blev ikke skiftet • Toiletspand blev ikke tømt o Da man ikke må smide WC papir i toilet, kom der hurtigt til at lugte på det lille badeværelse • Kun een stikkontakt, så man skulle vælge om man ville have en lampe tændt eller køleskab tændt • Fælleskøkken havde kun koldt vand • Intet privatliv, som med fx altan, så snart jeg var uden for værelset, var familie omkring mig

Great stay!

Very satisfied with our stay! Clean, big room, private bathroom and super friendly and kind hotel owner. Location was great close to the night markets but not in heart of everything (so at night you could actually sleep) and the journey to beach takes maximum 3 minutes. Perfect place!

Bildene lyver.

Beskrivelsen gir inntrykk av et intimt, lite hotell med egen vingård og vinkjeller. De skulle ha strandparasoller og strandhandklær og ha daglig rengjøring. Ingen av disse punktene stemmer. På åtte netter ble sengetøy skiftet to ganger. Felleskjøkken hadde kun kaldt vann til oppvask. Betjeningen var derimot veldig hyggelig.

Nice stay in Durres

We spent only a night in My Guest House Home but it was so nice stay there. Very friendly and family approach, you will feel there like home. Parents of the owner are very nice people that will offer you cup of tea or coffee :) We used also the transfer to the airport for reasonable price. Highly recommended!

C'est toujours dans des endroits atypique que l'ont fait les plus belles rencontres et bien c'était la cas ici .Les propriétaires sont adorables , ils sont là le soir vous pourrez leurs demander tout ce que vous voulez.Madame est professeur des écoles et parle quatres langues mais peut le français ,lui est photographe et pourra moyennent petite finence vous déposer où vous voulez.
