"The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. "We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you "

"Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening. Some cereal, yoghurt, watered down juice of no discernable flavour, coffee and tea and a choice of 4 options for the hot meal.
