Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel. Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good. "

"Es sei schon mal vorneweg bemerkt, das Buchen der Ferienwohnung war absolut unkompliziert und auch kurzfristig ohne Probleme möglich. Für unseren Zwischenstopp war es absolut ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Das Appartement mit offener Küchenecke oberhalb des Gasthauses ist dann doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie auch die Ausstattung. Die Handtücher und das Bettlaken hatten deutliche Verschleißspuren. "I like that I was close to public transport (Tram at Lycée Kléber) to get to and from the Christmas Markets (of which there were 5!). I always enjoy the free breakfast and the amenities (hygiene products and the carafe for water). It was a bonus to have dinner there too, but one of the dinner menu dishes was not to my liking. The kind waitress didn’t charge me for it since I took one bite!"
