They decorated her chair with beautiful gold and black balloons and surprised her with a full birthday cake. That level of care meant the world to me. Franklyn D. Resort may not advertise itself as a five-star luxury hotel, but the treatment and hospitality they provide is absolutely five-star. "We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves in Jamaica. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place for families with toddlers. My son especially loved the pool and had so much fun every day. I also loved that they offered Jamaican dishes, which made the experience feel more authentic. However, I didn’t like that all the restaurants on the property close between 11am - 12, as it limits dining options. One restaurant should be open at all time. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely visit again."
