"Rooms are a bit older but very clean. Beds not the most comfortable but otherwise no complaints. The staff, especially Levi, really went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. We had an issue with a tour not showing up (due to vehicle issue) and Levi was very responsive and helpful!"

"The staff here was very friendly at this low key hotel and they offered a reasonably priced shuttle service to and from the airport. Sylvia in particular was so nice and attentive in her waitressing and her efforts to find me some Belizian coins. :-) Rooms are small but were clean and have everything you need. It was historically cool when we were there so did not use the pool but the ambiance around it and the pool bar was relaxing. Breakfast is good and they can make it to go if you are off to...

"We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly. "Amazing place, guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the land and the Mayan culture. The food was delicious, and the place was just beautiful. Onsite hikes in the rain forest and floating the river in inner tubes are well worth it. Also worth seeing the Mayan ruins and cave exploring were well worth it."

"Calico Jack's in a hidden gem in Belize! You really feel like you are in the jungle on their lush grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their guests. We loved the activities they offer, such as the zip lining only a 10 min walk from our room. Be sure to stay for breakfast and order the Stuffed Fry Jacks, they were the best we had in Belize!
