Excellent host! Communication was great from the very beginning, making our arrival and check-in smooth and easy. He gave us plenty of helpful recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation was perfectly located, very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!.

Luka was highly organized and diligent in contacting me so that I could receive proper instructions for my arrival. He also made several wonderful suggestions about places to eat. Oh, it was a great stay in a great place. Many others make a big deal about the steps. But that is the charm of the city!

The manager, Luka, was a great help making sure we arrived at the property OK and the facilities were clean and everything we expected. The location was excellent, in the centre of the old town. The only one drawback was because the old town is car free, luggage has to be hand carried from outside the city walls to the hotel. Luka helped us with this on our arrival (big thank you for this) but visitors should note it's better to travel light when staying in the old town (there is luggage storage just outside the city walls but not at the airport). Vivaldi's rooms were spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything worked well and the espresso coffee machine was most welcome!

This is the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, super comfy bed, in a perfect location inside the Walls. There are some stairs, but not too bad for Dubrovnik. The owner, Luka, was super responsive and helpful; he even let me store my luggage since my flight left later in the day I checked out. Book Vivaldi now!!!

Luka, our host, was phenomenal. Not only was I able to get an early check in, but he was also excellent with recommendations and where my friend could park her car for free. Beyond this, the room was wonderful, great location while also being quiet enough away from everything. I would 100% stay here again in the future. Not to be that person, but I travel a lot and this is one of my favorite experiences so don’t pass this up!

Honestly, best stay ever. Luka was the most helpful host as well. He was so polite and had so so many recommendations & gave exact locations to places around the castle (supermarkets, laundry, restaurants etc). It’s located in the heart of the castle and the room itself really was magical. This stay was more than accommodating. I usually truly never write reviews but after this stay I knew I had too. If you are looking for a place to stay this one is genuinely it. It was so clean as well as easy to get to. This hotel really was awesome and was giving the most “castle vibes”. The room is also air conditioned which was a huge bonus!! Thank you so much again to the host (Luka). Looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic position and wonderful help from Luka...he always answered quickly and was incredibly helpful. I'm quite sensitive in terms if allegies and this place was clean! The bed was too firm for our taste, but otherwise this place ticked ALL the boxes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was perfect for a short stay, bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels including beach towels. Tea and coffee also available, plus a large bathroom. Perfect for what we needed. Luka the host also allowed us to check in a early which was so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Vivaldi

Very beautiful apartment for a beautiful city

Beautifully decorated apartment very convenient location very close to Buza gate which minimises the inevitable steps of this pedestrian walled city, and extra kind help from owner Luka. This is a great place to stay and explore beautiful Dubrovnik.

Beautiful room

The room and bathroom are stunning, with all the amenities you could need. Location is perfect, but be prepared to climb some stairs to get to the front door. I’ll definitely be back and staying here again.

Situated in the Old City just a short walk from Buza Gate, the apartment was extremely well presented and the host was very quick to respond to our requests. The street is quiet but within walking distance (126 steps to be exact!) from the main thoroughfare and several excellent restaurants. We particularly liked the style/ cleanliness of the apartment and the excellent coffee machine.

Special Dubrovnik Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at Vivaldi. The location was on the higher end of the stairwell - something you cannon get around when staying in the Old Town. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I had room 3 and the host Luca was very helpful when providing location information etc. Would recommend as a special Dubrovnik experience.

Lovely apartment in the old town. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Everything is walking distance: cable car 5min walk, town centre less than 5min. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Perfect stay.

Spent a lovely few days in Dubrovnik using this room as a base. Service excellent. Room lovely and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lots of steps to get to/from the room so bear that in mind. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

Nice accommodations

Room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, and had all the amenities you need. Just as pictured. Please note that the 120 steps from the center of old town can be brutal. Walking up and down those stairs, twice a day, will definitely keep you in shape. You will have stairs wherever you choose to stay in old town though.

Fantastic property in ideal location, close to the centre of the old town. Our apartment was spotless and beautiful, with a really comfy bed, handy fridge and coffee machine. Luka's hospitality was brilliant, really helpful and informative from before arrival to leaving. The combination of the room and Luka made our holiday stress free and left us relaxed to enjoy the lovely town of Dubrovnik. Fantastic!
