"Quiet and friendly staff"

"The floors were disgusting. You can't tell but we spilled water on the floor and I wiped it up with a white towel and it came up completely black there were also some damages in the room but for the most part it was pretty quiet. The staff was very friendly and it was close to a lot. So overall not a terrible stay"

I was awoken by the staff screaming at someone outside of my door at 0600 after other neighbors were outside yelling and partying until 0300. Couldn't use the bathroom at all. Couldn't sleep. Staff was notified of the leak as soon as it presented and nothing was done or even offered to be done. So i...
