It is 20 minute walk into town through a pleasant neighbourhood. It's quiet and like staying in someone's home. Only advice for improvement would be instructions for using the keypad, which is electronic and requires the whole hand to expose the numerical keypad. Otherwise perfect

Great room and super comfortable and cozy but there was some issues like a broken door nozzles and toilet button broken but other than that it was great and I liked the whole code aspect

I was a bit surprised booking this on Expedia. It says hotel but you get a code emailed to you and you basically let yourself into a home with separate rooms. It was quite convenient and quiet. Good experience.

Great location - 1st night conveniently located to the Storyteller Pub couple of drinks and pub feed. Location was good and thought central to mist things we wanted to do. The room has a TV - I dont know why because it doesn't allow to access even local content - netflix and whatever was not accessible - when tried to find out why not "Bill" or "Will" was supposed to be our contact but went missing and didnt respond to our communications at all - when we went through the booking company they said TV wasnt mentioned as an inclusion - what place has a tv that doesn't provide a local connection at the very least - very petty I know but ridiculous if there is a tv in the room that doesnt have any access -

Deceptive

Not a hotel. This is just a property that rent out rooms. There is no reception which felt unsafe. Very deceptive and shouldn’t be put up as a hotel. All doors handles were broken in our room. We also never received any email with details about our stay so we couldn’t get in when arrive. Would highly not recommend.

We arrived after a 5 hour journey, and we had to wait for someone to answer my e mail as there is nobody in this buidling. It took them more than one hour to answer me.... Giving me the code. Then no breakfast possible (only two tea bags in the room), absolutely NO service . This is a shame... En francais ca donne: les hotes n"ont pas daigné répondre à mes demandes par mail, abosulment aucun service, n'y alle surtout pas si vous voulez etre CONSIDERE

Todo mal

Todo mal… Los pomos de las puertas para cerrar tanto el baño como la habitación se salían. El pulsador de la cisterna medio caído, la cama muy blanda. La mitad de los armarios estaban cerrados y no se podían usar. Solo hay una mesita auxiliar y una taza para una habitación de 2 personas. Esto solo lo que respecta a la habitación. En lo que a la llegada (check-in) se refiere, el número de teléfono que te facilitan después de reservar aparece como no disponible cuando intentas llamar y no tiene whatsapp. Si mandas un mensaje por la aplicación tampoco hay respuesta. Por suerte, después de hablar con el servicio técnico me pude poner en contacto con el propietario por correo. Además, no manda ningún mensaje para explicar el procedimiento de llegada por lo que si tu no lo haces, no entras. En lo que al precio y pago se refiere, otro desastre. En la aplicación dice que se paga en el alojamiento, hasta ahí bien, pero solo puedes hacerlo en efectivo (cosa que no te avisan) o por Revolut (del que no todo el mundo dispone). Si no llevas efectivo, te mandan a un Spar cercano pero allí no hay ATM y tienes que caminar bastante más para encontrar uno y, cuando por fin lo encuentras, te cobran comisión (en mi caso 4,5% del importe + 3,95€ del cajero = +20€ aprox.). En resumen, la habitación no vale lo que se paga por ella, una decepción total :(
